We are offering you a Late Baroque Period castle near Boskovice.

Built in the free French style in 1753. The castle may be converted to a bathhouse due to the fact that a mineral water spring exists in a 2 km distance. The nearby village is suitable for establishing a Spa center.

From the point of view of statics the castle itself is in good condition. No cellarage ; groundfloor and 2 other  floors; gabled roof . The only  preserved  period room is the chapel. Substantial investments into the building reconstruction advisable. Electricity; central gas heating; municipal duct and canalisation.

There are 24 rooms alltogether on the first and second floor ; the loft is suitable for a possible attic construction.
